A1 Bassline
Http://www.myspace.com/a1bassline
The tunes he makes are just incredible, quite a lot of garage bassline tunes you hear are cheesy with the whooping sub base and the quivering fixed bass line that appears randomly over a five minute song every four or seven seconds, A1 Bassline just completely rips them up and leaves a foot taping “gunz blazin”, head shacking crowed in ore.
His new E.P Titled Girl Thing is amazing!!!
Track list:
1. Somebody
2. It’s Alot
3. Girl Thing
4. My Baby
This is defiantly a must buy E.P.

Editors
I’ve been so into Editors at the moment I just thought I scribble about them for a bit
So the four peace band from Birmingham have so far released two studio albums, and band vocalist Tom Smith announced they are working on a third.
The first album The Back Room released on the 25 July 2005 on Kitchenware Records, I must say is quite phenomenal album, what a voice on that man. He sort of, over powers me every time I listen to it.
Track listings
1. Lights
2. Munich
3. Blood
4. Fall
5. All Sparks
6. Camera
7. Fingers In The Factories
8. Bullets
9. Someone Says
10. Open Your Arms
11. Distance
The second album An End Has To Start released on 25 June 2007 on SonyBMG Records, just pushes the boundaries of amazing’ness Tom Smith’s vocal work just gets even higher marks in my brain and the lyrics make you shiver.. If you know what I mean
Track listings
1. Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors
2. An End Has A Start
3. The Weight Of The World
4. Bones
5. When Anger Shows
6. The Racing Rats
7. Push Your Head Towards The Air
8. Escape The Nest
9. Spiders
10. Well Worn Hand
As live bands go these guys have to be one of the best acts out there. Although Tom Smith looks like he is going to cry every amazing word that blurts out his mouth it is still an amazing act, and I would highly recommend going to see them.

Burial..Something Different
Here is something different and a bit more child for your ears to soak up. Burial, an underground Dubstep, Garage, 2-Step artist who makes tunes in his room deep into the night and gets “Angry at people for..stepping into his time” he said in one interview I read that the Guardian newspaper did.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2007/oct/26/urban
His songs are not far of creepy, they defiantly get the rating of ‘eerie’ With the hard hitting basslines and the dark sub-bass, also which makes this guys tracks even more intense are the chopped pitched bent vocal works he has ripped from old jungle and garage tunes he listened to on the way to school.
I got a friend of mine to send me the first LP
Titled Burial HDBCD001 This was releasd on Hyperdub records in May of 2006
Tracklisting
1.
2. Distant Lights
3. Spaceape feat. spaceape
4. Wounder
5. Night Bus
6. Southern Comfort
7. U Hurt Me
8. Gutted
9. Forgive
10. Broken Home
11. Prayer
12. Pirates
13.
Let me say it is so worth buying this album I now have it on CD and just ordered it on Vinyl for the added eeriness.
The second album titled Untrue HDBC002 Released on Hyberdub in November of 2007
I bought from the website www.boomkat.com and I ordered this also on vinyl for the same reason.
Tracklisting
01
02 Archangel
03 Near Dark
04 Ghost Hardware
05 Endorphin
06 Etched Headplate
07 In Mcdonalds
08 Untrue
09 Shell Of Light
10 Dog Shelter
11 Homeless
12 UK
13 Raver
This album is so much more child than the first LP but don’t let this fool you, it’s still Dubstep through and through. The fact it’s more child gives it a more ‘eerie’ feel than the first LP, This album was nominated for and won the Mercury music awards.
Apparently William Bevan is in the making of a new EVEN DARKER album. Let’s hope it’s as good as the other two
William Bevan aka Burial’s reflection in a South London puddle.

Buckethead..? Uh?
Some of you may have heard of Buckethead? Some of you might not of. Well I have been so into Buckethead at the moment it was about time I did a blog on this monster of a man and the many bands he has featured in.

Zillatron (1993)
Cornbugs (1995–2007)
Giant Robot (1996)

Cobra Strike (1999–2000)
El Stew (1999–2003)
Moonraker (2000)

Shine/Shin Terai (2001–present)
Thanatopsis (2001–present)
Buckethead & Friends (2005–present)
Science Faxtion (2007–present)
First off, I’m going to let this video explain some of it.
So...Weird guy huh? Well it’s been said that Buckethead is Autistic, whether or not this is true? Only an interviewer who will ask him will know. But what we do know is, he is amazing at guitar be it Tremolo Picking (That’s really fast) or using pedals and kill switch buttons to bring amazing chilling, fun, scary, awesome effects. Doesn’t matter...He Is A God!
Let this video tell you why...He plays just about every theme you people know and love in one live sitting.
Thanks for reading
